Hardware V3.1

This is the final schematic and layout for the Crowd Supply campaign. The LAN8720 Ethernet PHY got replaced by the IP101, after the LAN8720 in combination with the ESP32-WROVER was not working stable. Additionally, we added an TFT-Display connector for serial displays/HMIs.
