ESPHome Indoor Multi-Sensor Enclosure
These models are designed in Fusion 360
Corner Mount
This 3D printable enclosure is designed to go into a corner. There is a Wall_Angle parameter that point the sensor downward. It produces a two-piece mount. Thew first part is screwed to the to back of the sensor and it also holds the SEN66 sensor in place. The second part is the corner mount (screwed the corner of your room with an M3 wood screw). The sensor just slides on the corner mount.
Included in the design is a speaker enclosure that mounts to the PCB with M2x6mm button head screws. The improves sound level. Both the speaker enclosure and back mount have TPU gaskets.
The front body, with or without a hole for the PIR sensor, snaps into the back body and holds the PCB in place. A small cable connects the SEN66 to the PCB must be in place before snaps the bodies together.
The Corner Mount Fusion design is available here.
Here is a BambuLab file with all the parts ready for you to print.
Independent STEP files are also available in the 3d-printing folder.
Angle Wallplate Mount
This 3D printable enclosure is designed to mount on a US Wallplate. There are four versions: Left Facing with SEN66, Right Facing with SEN66, Left Facing, and Right Facing. This is similar to the Corner mount without the angle adjustment.
The Angle Wallplate FUsion design file is here.
Here is a BambuLab file with all the parts ready for you to print.
Independent STEP files are also available in the 3d-printing folder.
Additional Models
DFRobot C4001 SEN0609 Module
I couldn't find a step model of this Radar so I made one. Here is the Fusion model and a STEP model.
Hi-Link Electronics LD-2450 Module
The LD2450 Module I found were missing the front antennas and back header so I added these to the model from Hi-Link Electronics. Here is the Fusion model and the STEP model.
