Microplate Assistive Pipetting Light Emitter

The contents of this repository represent the design files and code needed to reproduce the electronics, firmware and GUI interface for the Microplate Assistive Pipetting Light Emitter.

A manuscript describing the design and usage of this light guide has been published in the SLAS Technology journal and presented at SLAS 2019 as part of a presentation titled 'A longitudinal analysis over 10 years of enabling technologies for early drug discovery using open source tools'.

If you are interested in purchasing preassembled illumination panels, as opposed to assembling them by hand, they are available on the Maplebear Electronics Tindie store.
