Solenoid valve manager with PWM-styled energizing, master control, and possible flow rate feedback.

• Nozzle sizes are 3/4", meant for standard purpose garden hoses.
• Intended to be powered by a 12V 2A power supply.
• Solenoids are connected to the bottom of the valve manager through a 2-pin socket.

This repository is intended for the NJIT ECET-430 course.
