โปรแกรมทั้งหมดใน TLB 2nd generation แตกต่างจาก TLB ทั้งหมด โดยได้เลือกใช้บอร์ด pi pico เข้ามาแทนบอร์ด arduino mega และ arduino nano เนื่องจากเหตุผลทางด้านราคาและประสิทธิภาพของตัวประมวลผล
