Patches

This directory contains the major pieces of the overall patch divided out into files

• fixLayerPrinting: general routines to print strings to the fix layer
• gameplayRotaryControls: adds rotary controls to all gameplay
• highScoreRotaryControls: adds rotary controls to the name entry on high score screen, and bumps the timer from 20 to 99
• howToPlayRotary: Replaces the joystick with a dial on the how to play screen
