P9660 Breakout to .1in Headers

A breakout for Tektronixs P69xx cables, designed for P6960 cables but should work with the others.

It should work right now but i would like to make the layout a bit cleaner and get the first small batch made.

Previous version renders complete with spelling mistakes!
