WiFi LED information panel built on ESP8266

Using either WS2812 kind of LED strip or MAX7219 based LED matrix modules.

Updated exactly a year later for OpenAlt 2019 - added complete application "clock" using NodeMCU modules u8g2d, sntp, rtctime and enduser_setup.
