TMS9918A compatible VDP based on Tang Nano 9k - Compact (SMD) version

This version is a compact variant of the tn_vdp_v1 board that directly fits into the VDP socket of the TI-99/4A. It uses SMD components and has the same size as the Tang Nano 9k board. It comes with a VGA breakout connector that can be directly used if the space in the host machine allows it, or be snapped off, mounted on a breakout panel on the back of the host machine and be connected with a ribbon cable.
