Development board with all stm32f103RCT pins out

First fully developed boards in KiCad that gives opportunity to use all GPIOS by using 2.54mm pins connector. USB-C with 5V to 3V converter onboard for power supply with led indication. External crystal oscillator with resistor and capacitor selected accordingly to STM32 design specification. User button & led and reset button onboard. Additional analog filter, created by using 100mH coil and 100pF capacitor.
