PCRD03A - multi-diode silicon cosmic radiation detector

The module contains multiple serio-parallel connected PIN diodes like BPW34. The core idea is that the noise from the diode is not summed, but the design indicates poor sensitivity with the use of BPW34 diodes. With the use of HAMAMATSU PIN diodes, the device was flown on a high-altitude balloon.
