50-to-100

Simple breakout board to map a 2x5 50 mil connector to a 2x5 100 mil connector. Like swd-to-wires, except without assuming any particular pinout, so I can use it to generally break out 50 mil connectors (like the 2x3 one I use for programming ESP8266 boards).
