Razer Panthera PCB (E73-2G4M08S1C)

Drop in replacement for the Razer Panthera's PCB, with on-board Tag-Connect connector, and USB-C connector (use 0.8mm thickness if you want to use this).

- Sound output IC?
- Define a protocol to identify specific boards for GPIO mapping

Notes
- R1 is unnecessary, unless you want to probe the touchpad's interrupt pin with a logic analyzer
- R2 and R3 are needed only if you're using the USB-C connector
- D1-3 are unnecessary, but recommended to protect from static discharge
