Changes

• USB D+/D- Pad Alignment with Model U GCC v2
• Left Z implementation via its own pin; GPIO12
• Start Pad edit; now in style of D-Pad
• B3f tactile switch thru-holes on ABXY pads
• Omron D2LS alignment thru-holes on ABXY pads (experimental)
• Revision of both Analog and C-Stick footprints; removal of t1/t2 thru-holes, conversion of t3 screw-holes from copper-lined pads to non-conductive thru-holes (screws work more effectively, stickbox "wobble" eliminated slightly)
