SparkFun Qwiic 12 Bit DAC Breakout - MCP4725 (BOB-31206)
While most microcontrollers simulate an analog voltage using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) to create a digital square wave, many projects require a smoother signal. The SparkFun MCP4725 Qwiic 12 Bit DAC Breakout allows you to get precise voltage outputs from a microcontroller over a Qwiic connection.
This DAC breakout board utilizes the Qwiic Connect System by featuring a pair of Qwiic connectors for instant, solderless I2C communication and power delivery. For those of you integrating the board into custom layouts or breadboards, standard 0.1-inch spaced plated through-hole (PTH) pins are also broken out for VCC, GND, SDA, SCL, and the MCP4725's Signal OUT pin.
