Wayne Knowles ZL2BKC ZLPLL ZLPLL-14G Code. Imported v4.2A from his avrstudio project and added open source licences along with Linux Makefile build support. v4.4A Fixed floating point precision register calculation inaccuracies by moving to 64/32bit integer math. Register calculations are based on Andy G4JNT's code. Frequency calculation now accurate to 10Hz below 6.8Ghz and 20Hz above.
