Boardoza BME688 Environmental Sensor Breakout Board
The Boardoza BME688 Breakout Board is a compact environmental sensing solution built around the Bosch Sensortec BME688 4-in-1 sensor. It combines gas, barometric pressure, temperature, and relative humidity sensing into a single device while offering high accuracy, fast response times, and low power consumption. The integrated gas sensor is capable of detecting a wide variety of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Volatile Sulfur Compounds (VSCs) when combined with Bosch's AI software ecosystem.
Designed for both hobbyists and professional developers, the board supports I²C (default) and SPI communication, making it compatible with a wide range of microcontrollers and embedded systems. It is ideal for air quality monitoring, smart home automation, HVAC(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems, weather stations, indoor environmental monitoring, industrial sensing, food freshness detection, and AI-powered gas classification applications using Bosch BME AI-Studio.
