Openfoam preparations:

Install openfoam on Linux, or WSL full instruction

# Add the repository
curl https://dl.openfoam.com/add-debian-repo.sh | sudo bash

# Install preferred package. Eg,
sudo apt-get install openfoam2206-default

# Use the openfoam shell session. Eg,
openfoam2206

ST41 openmpi benchmark

1. init env variables. Your openFoam installation might be differen

source /opt/OpenFoam_v2206/etc/bashrc

2. Prepare repo data

git clone https://github.com/radiolok/fluidicpc
cd fluidicpc/bench/st41_50u/meshCase
./Allmesh # run mesh preparation
cd ../case/

3. Prepare data for openMPI - set slots=CPUnum in your system

vim hostfile

127.0.0.1 slots=16

4. Set number of threads for current run

vim system/decomposeParDict

numberOfSubdomains  16;// <= change value in this line

5. Run simulation fo 50 iterations:
